سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال (Return & Exchange Policy)

نحن في DARTOYS نحرص على رضا عملائنا الكرام ونلتزم بتطبيق القوانين واللوائح الصادرة عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة في دولة الكويت، وعليه فإن سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال لدينا واضحة وعادلة وتضمن حقوق المستهلك.

✅ المدة الزمنية:

• يحق للعميل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال مدة أربعة عشر (14) يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، وذلك وفقًا لقرار وزارة التجارة.

✅ شروط قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

1. يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تمامًا، غير مستخدم، غير متضرر، وبكامل ملحقاته.

2. يشترط أن يكون المنتج محفوظًا في التغليف الأصلي مع الكراتين والملصقات ووسائل الحماية.

3. لا يُقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي يظهر عليها أي علامات استخدام، أو تلف، أو فقدان جزء من المكونات.

4. لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال بعض المنتجات ذات الطابع الصحي أو الشخصي (مثل ألعاب الرضع التي تتطلب معايير سلامة صحية)، إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.

✅ الحالات التي يلتزم فيها المتجر بالتعويض الكامل:

• في حال وجود عيب مصنعي في المنتج.

• في حال تم تسليم العميل منتجًا خاطئًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبه.

• في هذه الحالات، يتحمل المتجر كامل تكاليف الشحن والاسترجاع والاستبدال.

✅ رسوم الشحن والاسترجاع:

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية (إن وُجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حال كان سبب الاسترجاع عيبًا مصنعيًا أو خطأ في الطلب من طرفنا.

• يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع في حال كان السبب شخصيًا (مثل رغبة في تغيير اللون أو استبدال المنتج بآخر).

✅ آلية استرداد المبلغ:

• بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه من قبل فريقنا، سيتم إشعار العميل بقبول أو رفض الطلب.

• في حال الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة أقصاها 5 أيام عمل.

At DARTOYS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strictly comply with the regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait, ensuring fair and transparent return and exchange policies.

✅ Timeframe:

• Customers are entitled to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Kuwaiti consumer protection laws.

✅ Conditions for Return or Exchange:

1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories.

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, labels, and protective materials.

3. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

4. Certain items with health and hygiene considerations (e.g., infant toys or products intended for personal use) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

✅ Cases Eligible for Full Compensation:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect.

• If the customer receives the wrong product or an item different from what was ordered.

• In such cases, all shipping and handling costs will be fully covered by our store.

✅ Shipping and Return Fees:

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of preference or color), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

✅ Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the request.
