🚚 سياسة الشحن والتوصيل (Shipping Policy)

1. المدة الزمنية للتوصيل

• نسعى لتوصيل الطلبات داخل الكويت خلال 2–5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

• قد يختلف وقت التوصيل حسب موقع العميل أو الظروف الطارئة (مثل العطل الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية).

• للطلبات خارج الكويت (في حال التوصيل الخليجي أو الدولي)، يتم تحديد المدة حسب شركة الشحن المختارة.

2. تكاليف الشحن

• يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن (إن وُجدت) بشكل واضح عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

• في بعض الحالات قد نقدم عروض توصيل أو شحن مجاني، ولكن:

  • يحق لنا إيقاف أو تعديل هذه العروض في أي وقت دون إخطار مسبق،

  • ودون أي التزام أو مسؤولية قانونية تجاه العميل.

3. مسؤوليات العميل

• يتوجب على العميل إدخال بيانات صحيحة وواضحة لعنوان التوصيل ورقم الاتصال.

• في حال كان العنوان غير صحيح أو لم يتم استلام الطلب من قِبل العميل، فإن أي رسوم إضافية تقع على عاتق العميل.

4. شركات الشحن

• نتعاون مع شركات شحن محلية وإقليمية موثوقة لضمان توصيل الطلبات بأمان.

• لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن بعد تسليمها الطلب.

5. تتبع الطلب

• عند شحن الطلب، نقوم بتزويد العميل بمعلومات التتبع (إن توفرت) لمتابعة حالة التوصيل.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, however:

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify such offers at any time without prior notice,

  • And without any legal liability towards the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate delivery address details and valid contact numbers.

• If the delivery address is incorrect or the order is not received, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping Partners

• We work with trusted local and regional couriers to ensure safe delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

• Once shipped, customers will be provided with tracking details (where available) to monitor the delivery status.
